Ingredients:
1 avocado (pitted and skinless)
1/2 cup chocolate protein powder
2 tbsp cocoa powder
4 squares of dark chocolate (chopped)
Directions:
- Mix all of the ingredients in a large bowl using a hand mixer or food processor until it gets doughy
- Split the dough and roll into four balls
- Bake 10-11 minutes at 350 degrees
- Watch them towards the end so they don't burn. They should be CHEWY like a brownie.
